We offer you an ultra-easy device repair service if you’re located in another city:

Simply follow these steps:

1. Please fill out the form on this page.
2. Get the parcel locker code.
3. Enter the received code into the parcel terminal, print the shipping label, attach it to the package, and send the parcel.

Upon receiving the parcel, we will contact you by phone. Once the device is repaired, we will send it back to your parcel locker.

If this method is not suitable for you, we can arrange a DPD courier pickup by phone.

We issue defect reports for insurance companies.
