Internal storage is 256 GB or 512 GB, and working memory, RAM, reaches up to 12 GB. The tablet runs Android 14 and One UI 6.1. Depending on the model, it has a MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ or Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The device has an S Pen stylus that does not need separate charging, two rear cameras, a 13 MP wide-angle and an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle, and a 12 MP front camera. The body has IP68 protection against dust and moisture.
