Common problems
Cracked screen glass and a deformed housing. We replace only the glass when there are no coloured lines or flickering and the touch sensors still work correctly.
Battery ageing and swelling. Li-Polymer batteries lose capacity over time and may swell as gas builds up inside. Signs include a deformed battery and excessive heat in the phone.
Charging interruptions. Some Poco M5s phones switch from fast to slow charging or stop charging altogether because of a faulty socket or damaged connector cable.
Overheating during intensive tasks. Under heavy load, the phone may begin to lag or overheat – this indicates issues with the cooling system or thermal paste.
Stripes, flickering, or lines appearing on the screen. After an impact, image defects may appear on the screen. We repair these by replacing the full module or carrying out more extensive soldering work.
Power and volume button issues. Impacts can loosen the buttons, and they may stop responding over time. We replace the damaged components and cables.
Bootloop and software issues. Failed firmware flashing or system updates can cause a restart loop. We restore the BROM mode and install the original MIUI system.
Touchscreen failure. Causes include a broken digitizer or damaged touch sensor cables; once identified, we either perform soldering work or a full module replacement.
