Overview of Completed Work

• Glass and screen replacement

  • Glass-only replacement – when only the protective glass is cracked, but the OLED layer has no spots, lines, or flickering, and the touch sensor is working properly.

  • Full screen module replacement is necessary if you see colored lines, spots, delamination, or if the screen’s contrast and brightness have changed. We use original or high-quality OEM screens to ensure identical image quality and touch sensitivity.

• Battery replacement

  • The iPhone 16 uses a 3.85 V Lithium-Ion battery with a nominal capacity of 3,279 mAh.

  • Most common faults:

    1. Capacity shrinkage (< 80% after 300–500 charging cycles).

    2. Battery swelling, caused by internal chemical reactions, leads to the battery deforming and putting pressure on the device casing.

    3. Rapid battery drain – the phone “dies” within 2–3 hours, even though it used to last all day.

    4. Unexpected shutdowns at lower temperatures (< 0 °C) when the controller fails to properly protect the circuit.

    5. Slow charging due to corroded contacts or a controller malfunction.

  • We only replace batteries with original or certified tested alternatives that meet the manufacturer’s specifications.

• Charging Port (Flex Cable) Repair.
  – Replacement of the flex cable or USB-C port contacts due to corrosion, cracks, or detached contacts.

• Replacement of buttons, cameras, and sensors.
  – Replacement of volume buttons, mute switch, power button, front and rear camera modules.

• Other components and board-level repairs.
  – Replacement of speakers, microphones, and the vibration module (Taptic Engine); board-level fault diagnostics and repair using a rework station and microscope.
