  • Battery swelling. A swollen battery presses on the screen, body and internal components. Such a fault is often caused by overheating, moisture or poor chargers. If you notice a lifted screen, a gap in the body or overheating, stop using the phone and bring it in for inspection.

  • Unexpected shutdowns at low charge levels. A worn battery often turns off the phone in the cold or when the charge drops below 20 percent. If after switching on the phone shows more remaining charge than it did before shutting down, the battery is worth replacing.

  • Charging port oxidation or damage. Moisture, dust and dirt interfere with wired charging. We replace the battery with a new original module within 1 to 2 hours. After the replacement, we advise not to charge the phone under a pillow, in the sun or in a car on a hot day. Use adapters that meet the manufacturer’s requirements, and clean the USB C port carefully, without sharp metal objects.

• USB C charging port flex cable replacement. We replace the connector when the phone does not accept “Quick Charge”, charges slowly or does not start charging at all. Common signs: charging stops when the cable is moved, the computer does not see the device, while the same cable works fine with another phone. The fault is often caused by dust build-up, moisture, oxidation or mechanical wear. After the repair, we advise choosing certified cables and avoiding cheap adapters without protection.

• Volume button, side button and camera module replacement. We fix buttons that stick, do not respond or are hard to press. Such faults are caused by mechanical wear, an impact or moisture.
